Web Access
The Legal Notice regulates the access and use of the Web that GOLMAR makes available to Internet users in order to provide them with information about GOLMAR, its services, products and / or promotions.
Access and use of the Web by the user implies acceptance of the Legal Notice. Consequently, we ask the user to carefully read the Legal Notice when you intend to use the Web as it may be modified at any time. If the Legal Notice is not accepted, please refrain from using the Web and its content.
Use of the Web
The user compromises to make a diligent use of the Web, as well as of the information relative to the services contained in the same one, with total subjection to the applicable norm, to the Legal Warning and, in its case, to the rest of terms and conditions contemplated in the Web.

· Not to interfere or condition in any way the security of the Web or to use in an abusive way the resources, services and products available in the same one.
· Not to access, modify, adapt and/or reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise interfere with the Site.
· Not to insert data or hyperlinks on the Web, except those expressly permitted by GOLMAR in accordance with the provisions of the 'Linking Policy ' section.
· You may not take any action that may disable, overload or impair the proper functioning of the Web Site.
In the event that the user does not comply with the Legal Notice or any other terms and conditions contained in the Web, GOLMAR reserves the right to limit, suspend and / or terminate your access to the Web, taking any technical measure necessary for that purpose, at any time and without notice.
GOLMAR makes its best efforts to keep the Web in good working order, avoiding errors or, where appropriate, repairing them, and keeping the contents of the Web properly updated. · For any damages and / or damages that may be suffered by users for improper use of the Web or the falls, interruptions, absence and / or defect in communications.
· For any damage and/or harm to the user's software or hardware resulting from access to the Web.
· For any infringement of the Site, or any of its elements, by any entity other than GOLMAR.
· For any infringement arising out of any use of the Web Site that does not comply with the terms and conditions permitted under the Legal Notice and any other applicable terms and conditions.
· For any incident, suspension, interruption or fall of the Internet that prevents the availability and/or continuity of access to the Web.
The user will be responsible for damages of any kind that GOLMAR may suffer as a result of a violation of any of the obligations to which it is subject under the Legal Notice or applicable law in connection with the use of the Web.
Platforms or social networks
GOLMAR may have profiles on some platforms or social networks in order to inform about their services.
Users who join any of the profiles opened by GOLMAR on social networking platforms must respect and comply with the terms and conditions of the social network in question.
GOLMAR may perform the following actions:
- Access the public information of the user profile.
- Send individual messages through the platform or social network channels where permitted.
- Update the status of the profile to be displayed on the user's profile.
Publicity
GOLMAR may include on the Web advertising content and / or third party sponsorships. Advertisers and sponsors shall be solely responsible for ensuring that the material submitted for inclusion on the Web fully complies with the legislation that, in each case, may be applicable.
Consequently, GOLMAR shall not be liable for any errors, inaccuracies and/or irregularities that may be included in the advertising content or sponsors or non-compliance with current regulations.
Policy regarding links (“links”)
- a) Links to the Web
Third parties who intend to include a link on a Web site (“Linking Site”) that directs to the Web, or a link to the same, must first inform GOLMAR to obtain its prior written consent.
In no event shall any authorization given by GOLMAR imply that it endorses, promotes, guarantees and/or recommends the content and/or services of the Linking Site or that it is responsible for the content of the Linking Site.
The Linking Site must comply with applicable law and may not, under any circumstances, host its own or third party content that is unlawful and/or harmful (violent, racist, denigrating, etc.) and/or inappropriate or irrelevant to GOLMAR's products and/or services.
In the event of violation of any of the aforementioned terms, GOLMAR will immediately revoke the consent granted to the Linking Site, which must remove the link.
- b) Links to other websites
The Web may include various links that allow the user to access other websites (“Linked Sites”).
Under no circumstances does the existence of Linked Sites imply recommendation, promotion, identification and/or conformity of GOLMAR with the statements, content and/or services provided through the Linked Sites.
Consequently, GOLMAR is not responsible for the content, terms and conditions of the Linked Sites, being the user solely responsible for checking and accepting them each time you access and use them.
Intellectual and industrial property
All intellectual property rights, designs, databases, underlying computer programs (including source codes), as well as the various elements that make up the Web (text, graphics, photographs, videos, sound recordings, color combinations, etc.) [the “Content”], its structure, selection and order, are owned by GOLMAR or, where appropriate, their legitimate licensors.
The distinctive signs included on the Web are owned by GOLMAR or its licensors. Also, the domain name golmar.es is owned by GOLMAR.
By the Legal Notice, the user is expressly prohibited the reproduction, processing, distribution, public communication, making available, extraction and / or any other form of unauthorized dissemination of the Web, its contents and / or distinctive signs and domain names owned by GOLMAR.
The unauthorized use of the Contents, as well as the damages caused to the intellectual and industrial property rights of GOLMAR, may give rise to the exercise of the actions that legally correspond to it and the responsibilities, if any, arising from them.
Personal data protection
The aspects related to the treatment of the personal data of the users of the Web are regulated in the Privacy Policy.
Nullity
If any of the clauses of the Legal Notice were to be declared, totally or partially, null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness shall only affect such provision or the part thereof that is null or ineffective and the same shall remain in force in all other respects, and such provision or the part thereof that is affected shall be deemed not to be in force.
For such purposes, the Legal Notice shall only cease to be valid only with respect to the invalid or ineffective provision, and no other part or provision thereof shall be void, invalid, impaired or affected by such invalidity or ineffectiveness.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
The access and use of the Web will be ruled and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law.
In the event of any conflict or discrepancy in the interpretation and/or application of the Legal Notice, the competent courts shall be those provided for in the applicable legal regulations.
