Return to the projects listAnderson 21 Rd is a compound of two buildings, placed at the peaceful location of Anderson Road. This project is a retrofit from an old system meaning that the existing wiring has been re-used.
This project has been equipped with Szena handsfree monitors and Nexa Aluminium panels which serve the 8 entrances to the condominium from the different lift levels. The lift controller LCU-10 plus allows the visitor to select just the floor were the tenant who granted the access lives.
At the main gate a CETK-590 plus guard is able to communicate with any of the appartments to ask for permission to let in the visits.
