Residential Colombo City Centre
Golmar has completed the CCC (Colombo City Center) project, located in the fabulous city of Colombo in Sri Lanka. This project consists of a majestic 50-storey skyscraper, located in the center of the city, at the Lake Beira shoreside, just opposite to Seema Malakaya temple, an exclusive area surrounded by services, theaters, universities and parks.
The building consists of a tower for residential use located over the largest shopping center in the city, The mall. This tower is a residential complex, 192 luxury apartments that have been equipped with the 7-inch monitor ART7/G+ and various entrances with a proximity reader, where the Sixty5 coded entrance panel has been installed.
The video intercom system chosen for a project of this magnitude is the IP-G + system. This technology has made possible to satisfy all the required demands, such as integration with the lift, intercommunication between apartments and the messaging service, among others. The system is prepared to be able to install monitors ART7W/G+ with Wifi connectivity, which allows receiving the call from the concierge or the entrance panel on a mobile phone using the G2Call+ application.
